Q1. Is the UPSSSC Assistant Store Keeper final result for 2026 out?

Yes, the commission declared the final result on 25 September 2026. The merit list covers both Assistant Store Keeper and Assistant Grade III posts. You can download the result PDF directly from upsssc.gov.in. The typing test result was already published earlier, on 25 February 2026.

Q2. How can I check my UPSSSC result if I have lost my roll number?

You can still check your result without a roll number. Open the result PDF and search your full name using Ctrl + F. Registered candidates can log in with their PET 2023 registration number. The commission keeps your registration record safely on the official portal.

Q3. What are the minimum qualifying marks in the UPSSSC Assistant Store Keeper exam?

UPSSSC fixes a minimum qualifying benchmark for each stage of selection. General candidates usually need a higher score than reserved categories. The exact cut off appears in the official result notice. There is no percentage based pass mark for the typing test. You simply need 25 WPM in Hindi or 30 WPM in English.

Q4. Can I apply for re-checking or re-evaluation of my answer sheet?

UPSSSC does not entertain re-checking or re-evaluation requests. The answer key is treated as final once the objection window closes. Only genuine technical errors on the OMR sheet are examined. Candidates cannot demand a fresh copy of their answer sheet.

Q5. What happens after the final result is declared?

Shortlisted candidates move to document verification after the final result. You must carry original certificates along with one photocopy set. The commission then recommends eligible names for appointment. Posting orders follow your merit position and the available vacancy.

Q6. Is there a written exam, or is selection based only on the PET scorecard?

This recruitment used the UPSSSC PET 2023 scorecard for shortlisting. An objective examination was also held on 13 April 2025. Candidates who cleared it appeared for the Hindi or English typing test. Final selection depends on performance across all these stages.

Q7. How much is the application fee and is there any exemption?

Every candidate paid a flat application fee of Rs 25. General, OBC, EWS, SC, ST, and Divyang applicants paid the same amount. No category received a fee exemption in this recruitment. Payment was accepted through SBI I Collect or E Challan only.

Q8. What is the age limit and relaxation for reserved categories?

The age band was 18 to 40 years as on 1 July 2024. OBC applicants of Uttar Pradesh receive 3 years of upper age relaxation. SC and ST candidates get 5 years of relaxation in the upper limit. Divyang candidates receive 10 years of relaxation under state rules. Ex-servicemen follow separate guidelines issued by the state government.
