Q1. How do I check the MPESB Group 5 Staff Nurse result if I lost my roll number?

Do not worry if you misplaced your roll number. Open the official portal at esb.mp.gov.in and click the result link. You can log in with your application number, TAC code and date of birth. The board also printed a registration number on your admit card. Search your name inside the merit list PDF with Ctrl plus F. That trick works even when the roll number is gone.

Q2. What are the minimum qualifying marks for the MPESB Group 5 recruitment 2026?

The board fixes category wise cut off marks after the test. General candidates usually need higher marks than reserved categories. Qualifying marks depend on paper difficulty and the number of candidates. Reserved category candidates get relaxed cut offs as per state rules. The official result PDF carries the exact cut off for every post. Your merit position depends on the final answer key.

Q3. Can I apply for re checking or re evaluation of my answer sheet?

There is no re checking or re evaluation facility for this test. The board treats the final answer key as binding on all candidates. Your recorded responses stay final once the objection window closes. Nobody can request a manual review of the OMR or response sheet. Only answer key objections filed within the given window are considered.

Q4. What happens after the MPESB Group 5 result is declared?

Shortlisted candidates move ahead to the document verification stage. You must carry all original certificates plus one photo identity proof. The board verifies age, qualification and category claims at that counter. A medical fitness test follows for nursing and paramedical posts. Final selection depends on the merit list and successful verification.

Q5. When was the answer key objection window open and what happens next?

The provisional answer key came out on the official portal after the test. Candidates could raise objections from 18 to 21 May 2026. Every challenge needed valid proof from a standard book or authority. The board reviewed each claim before the final answer key. That final key is binding for the result and merit list.

Q6. Which documents are required at the document verification round?

Carry your Class 10 marksheet for date of birth proof. Keep the nursing or paramedical diploma, degree and registration certificates ready. Bring caste, EWS or PwD certificates issued by a competent authority. Two recent passport photographs and a valid photo ID are also needed. Original papers plus one photocopy set save time at the counter.

Q7. Is there any negative marking in the MPESB Group 5 computer based test?

The rulebook does not provide any negative marking clause for this test. A wrong answer simply earns zero marks. That is why you should attempt every question in the CBT. Marks come only from correct responses. Please confirm the same from the official rulebook before your exam day.

Q8. What is the age limit and category wise relaxation for this recruitment?

The minimum age was 18 years as on 01/01/2026. The maximum age was 40 years for most of the posts. OBC candidates get 3 years of upper age relaxation. SC and ST candidates get 5 years of relaxation. PwD candidates get 10 to 15 years as per state norms. Ex-servicemen get relaxation under government rules.
