UP Ground Water Department MTS and DEO Outsourcing Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 13 Posts

The Uttar Pradesh Ground Water Department has opened 13 outsourcing posts through the Rojgar Sangam portal. Seven seats are for Multi Tasking Staff. Six seats are for Data Entry Operator. The hiring runs on a contract basis under the state Sewayojan system. MTS candidates need a Class 10 pass certificate from a recognised board. DEO applicants must hold a graduation degree in Arts, Commerce, or Computer Science. A computer diploma such as ADCA or CCC is also required. Typing speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi and English is mandatory for DEO. Your age must fall between 18 and 40 years. Reserved categories receive standard upper age relaxations as per state norms. Applications open on 7 August 2026. The closing date is 15 August 2026. No candidate pays any application fee at all.
