Q1. How can I check the SWD UP IAS PCS Free Coaching Result 2026 if I lost my roll number?

Download the result PDF from the official portal and search your name instead. The mark statement carries both name and roll number for every candidate. You can also recover your roll number from the confirmation page saved after registration. If nothing works, visit the district social welfare office with your application ID. Staff can trace your entry from the online database.

Q2. What are the minimum qualifying marks in the SWD UP Free Coaching entrance exam?

The department prepares the merit list directly from entrance test marks. Cut off marks shift with category and centre. OBC, SC and ST candidates compete inside their own category pool. No fixed pass mark was published before the exam. Only candidates within the available seat count get shortlisted. Read the official merit list for the exact cut off.

Q3. Can I apply for re-checking or re-evaluation of my answer sheet?

The entrance test used an OMR sheet, so answers are machine read. The department has not opened any re-checking window so far. Candidates can download the sample OMR sheet to study the marking pattern. Keep your OMR copy safe for future reference. Any official update on re-checking will appear on the portal.

Q4. What happens after the merit list is declared?

Shortlisted candidates move to the document verification stage. Bring every original certificate along with one photocopy set. Verification takes place at the allotted coaching centre. Seats are given as per rank, category and centre choice. Coaching classes start in August 2026 for the final list.

Q5. Is there any application fee for OBC, SC and ST candidates?

No. There is no registration charge for anyone. OBC, SC, ST and PH candidates all pay Rs. 0/-. You only need to fill and submit the online form. No challan or payment gateway appears on this portal. An unpaid form is never a problem for this scheme.

Q6. Can General category candidates apply for this free coaching?

No. This scheme is only for OBC, SC and ST candidates. You must also hold permanent domicile of Uttar Pradesh. General category students cannot apply for this particular coaching. They may check other state level schemes instead. The income ceiling of Rs. 6 Lakh applies to every applicant.

Q7. What documents are needed at the time of verification?

Carry your High School certificate, graduation degree and all marksheets. Add a valid photo ID such as Aadhaar, PAN or Driving Licence. Keep the income certificate and caste certificate ready. Bring recent passport photos and your signature copy. Originals plus one self attested set are required.

Q8. When do the free coaching classes start?

Coaching begins in August 2026 at the allotted centre. The department will publish a joining schedule along with the final merit list. Report on the given date with all your documents. Missing the joining date can cancel your seat. No tuition fee is charged for the entire session.
