Q2. How do I download the SSC Selection Post Phase 13 answer key PDF?

Visit the SSC candidate login page first. Enter your registration number and password in the given fields. Choose the Selection Post Phase XIII answer key link from the dashboard. The PDF opens on screen and you can save it for later use. Downloading the key is completely free for every candidate.

Q3. What is the exam pattern and is there any negative marking?

The computer based test had 100 multiple choice questions. Each question carried 2 marks, so the paper was worth 200 marks. The duration was 60 minutes. PwD candidates using a scribe got 80 minutes. The paper was divided into four parts. There is negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer. So avoid random guessing in the exam hall.

Q4. What is the age limit for SSC Selection Post Phase XIII and how is relaxation given?

The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum is 30 years. The cut off date for age calculation was 01/08/2025. OBC candidates get 3 years upper age relaxation. SC and ST candidates get 5 years. PwD candidates get 10 to 15 years depending on their category. Ex-Servicemen get relaxation as per central government norms.

Q5. Who pays the application fee and who is exempted?

General, EWS and OBC candidates paid Rs 100 as the application fee. SC, ST and PH candidates paid nothing. All female candidates of every category were fully exempted. The fee could be paid by Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or SBI E Challan offline mode. An unpaid form was treated as rejected.

Q6. Can 10th pass or 12th pass candidates apply for these 2423 posts?

Yes. The 2,423 vacancies are split across three levels. Matriculation level posts need a Class 10 pass certificate. Higher secondary level posts need a 10+2 pass certificate. Graduation level posts need a bachelor degree from a recognized university. Teaching posts may ask for B.Ed, D.El.Ed or a valid TET certificate.

Q7. Was there any correction window to edit the submitted form?

Yes. The application correction window stayed open from 28 to 30 June 2025. Registered candidates could change limited fields during this period. The last date to apply online was 23/06/2025. The fee payment deadline was 24/06/2025. After the correction window closed, no further edits were allowed on the form.

Q8. Which documents are needed at the document verification stage?

Carry your Class 10 marksheet for date of birth proof. Bring the 10+2 certificate for higher secondary posts. Graduate level candidates must show the bachelor degree certificate.
