Q1. How can I check my RPSC Sub Inspector physical result if I have lost my roll number?

You can still open the result PDF from the RPSC website and search for your name or registration number instead of the roll number. If the name is common, match the date of birth and category mentioned in the list. Login to the SSO portal with your registered mobile number or email ID to recover the application number. The commission also keeps the previous application details in your SSO dashboard for easy access.

Q2. What are the minimum qualifying marks for the RPSC Sub Inspector written examination?

As per recruitment rules, every candidate must obtain a minimum of 36 percent marks in each paper of the written test. A minimum of 40 percent marks in aggregate is also required to move to the next stage. Reserved category candidates receive the relaxation allowed under the RPSC SI and Platoon Commander recruitment rules. Candidates who score below these marks are not considered for the physical test.

Q3. What is the next stage after clearing the RPSC SI physical efficiency test?

Shortlisted candidates move ahead to the interview or personality assessment round. The interview board evaluates general awareness, communication, and suitability for police service. Document verification follows the interview for every candidate who qualifies. A medical fitness examination is conducted as the last step. Only candidates who clear every stage appear in the final merit list.

Q4. Is there any provision for re-checking or re-evaluation of the RPSC SI answer sheet?

The commission does not allow re-evaluation or re-checking of the answer sheet under any circumstance. You can raise objections against the answer key within the notified window on the SSO portal. After the objection period closes, the final answer key is published. Candidate wise marks are then uploaded on the official website for reference. No second review of the evaluated sheet is entertained.

Q5. How many candidates qualified for the PET and how many were disqualified?

A total of 20,455 candidates qualified the written test and were called for the Physical Efficiency Test. Around 1,744 candidates were marked disqualified in the physical stage list. The qualified candidates now wait for the interview and document verification schedule. The commission will release the next stage notice on the official portal. Keep checking rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in for updates.

Q6. How is the final merit list of RPSC Sub Inspector prepared?

The final merit list is built by combining scores from three stages. Written examination marks carry the first weightage. Physical Efficiency Test scores are added next. Interview or personality assessment marks complete the total. Document verification checks the authenticity of every claim made in the form. Only candidates who satisfy all stages and verification appear in the final selection list.

Q7. Which documents are required at the RPSC SI document verification stage?

Carry your Class 10 marksheet and certificate for date of birth proof. Keep the graduation degree, marksheets, and passing certificate handy. Bring a valid caste, EWS, PwD, or domicile certificate if you claimed any reservation. A government photo identity proof such as Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport is mandatory. Also carry the printed application form, fee receipt, and passport size photographs.

Q8. Can candidates from other states apply for the RPSC Sub Inspector recruitment?

Yes, candidates from other states can apply for the RPSC Sub Inspector post. They are treated as General category applicants during the selection process. The application fee for such candidates is Rs. 600, the same as the General category. State reservation benefits are available only to Rajasthan domicile candidates. Other state applicants must satisfy the same age and educational criteria.
