Q1. How can I download the MPESB ITI Training Officer Result 2026 scorecard?

Visit esb.mp.gov.in and open the Results section on the home page. Click the ITI Training Officer result link shown there. The page at RESULT_26/ITITO_RES26/default_Results.htm will load. Enter your application number or roll number plus your date of birth. Submit the details and your scorecard appears on screen. Download the PDF and print two copies for your records.

Q2. What are the minimum qualifying marks for the MP ITI Training Officer exam?

The board fixes category wise minimum qualifying marks in the official rulebook. General category candidates usually need a higher percentage than reserved category candidates. Qualifying marks decide whether your name moves to the merit list. Candidates should check the cut off marks PDF released along with the result. The final cut off depends on paper difficulty, total applicants, and vacancy count.

Q3. I lost my roll number. Can I still check my ITI Training Officer result?

Yes, you can recover your details without much trouble. Search your registered email inbox or SMS folder for the MPESB application confirmation message. That message contains your application number and roll number. You can also use the forgot registration option on the esb.mp.gov.in portal. Enter your registered mobile number and date of birth to get the details again.

Q4. Can I apply for re-checking or re-evaluation of my scorecard?

MPESB does not allow re-checking or re-evaluation of the objective answer sheet. The only review route was the answer key objection window. That window stayed open from 18 March 2026 to 21 March 2026. Objections raised after that deadline were not accepted. The final scorecard is prepared after reviewing every valid objection. No further correction of marks is possible after the result is declared.

Q5. What is the next stage after the MPESB ITI TO result is declared?

Shortlisted candidates move to the document verification round. You must carry original certificates and one photocopy set for each document. The verification team checks your Class 10 marksheet, ITI trade certificate, and teaching qualification. A medical fitness test may follow for the final selection. Keep checking the official portal for the verification schedule and venue details.

Q6. How is the merit list prepared for ITI Training Officer posts?

The board prepares the merit list from the final revised answer key. Marks are tallied subject wise and then totalled for each candidate. Candidates are ranked from highest to lowest score. Category wise cut offs decide how many names appear on the list. Tie cases are resolved as per the rules mentioned in the official notification. The final merit list is published on the MPESB portal.

Q7. Which documents do I need for the document verification round?

Carry your Class 10 marksheet and certificate for date of birth proof. Bring your ITI trade certificate and marksheet from a recognized institute. Add your B.Ed, D.El.Ed, or TET certificate if the post requires it. Carry a valid photo identity proof like Aadhaar, PAN, or Voter ID. Attach your caste, EWS, or PwD certificate if you claimed any relaxation. Also bring the printed application form and fee receipt.

Q8. How long was the answer key objection window open?

The provisional answer key was released on 18 March 2026. Candidates could raise objections until 21 March 2026 through the official CBT portal. A small objection fee applied per question challenged, as per board rules. The board then reviewed every valid challenge before finalising the key. Objections sent by post or email were not entertained. Only online objections filed within the deadline were considered.
