Q1. What is the educational qualification needed for UPSRTC Bus Conductor recruitment 2026?

You must pass the 10+2 Intermediate exam from any recognized board in India. A CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) certificate is also compulsory. There is no B.Ed, D.El.Ed or TET requirement for this conductor post. The portal rejects profiles that do not carry CCC details.

Q2. What is the age limit for UPSRTC Conductor Outsourcing Recruitment 2026 and how is it calculated?

The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 40 years. Relaxation follows UPSRTC outsourcing rules. OBC applicants get 3 extra years, SC and ST applicants get 5 years, and PwD applicants get 10 to 15 years. Ex-servicemen get relaxation as per state government norms.

Q3. Is there any written exam or interview for these conductor posts?

No written exam is held for this outsourcing drive. Selection is based on merit and document checking. Your 10+2 marks and CCC status decide the shortlisting. After that, a document verification round follows. A basic medical fitness check is the last step.

Q4. What is the monthly salary for a UPSRTC Bus Conductor on contract?

The listed monthly remuneration is Rs. 12,242/-. The amount is paid by the outsourced manpower agency. It is a fixed monthly payment for the contract period. No state government pay scale applies to this post. Renewal terms may change the payment clause later.

Q5. Do I need to pay any application fee for UPSRTC Conductor 2026?

No. The application fee is Rs. 0/- for every candidate. General, OBC, EWS, SC, ST, women and PwD applicants all pay nothing. The Sevayojan portal does not ask for any online payment. So there is no fee receipt to keep for this drive.

Q6. How can I apply for the UPSRTC Varanasi, Jaunpur and Ghazipur conductor vacancy?

Visit the Uttar Pradesh Sevayojan portal at sewayojan.up.nic.in. Register with your mobile number and email ID. Add your 10+2 and CCC details in the profile. Then use the Apply Job option for the UPSRTC Conductor listing. Submit the form before 02 July 2026. Save a printout of the final form.

Q7. Which documents are required at the verification stage?

Carry your Class 10 marksheet, Class 12 marksheet and passing certificate. Bring the original CCC certificate and a valid photo identity proof. Caste, EWS or PwD certificates are needed if you claim relaxation. Keep passport size photographs and a printed application copy ready.

Q8. How long is the contract and can it be renewed?

The initial contract runs for one year. Renewal depends on depot requirements and your duty performance. The engagement stays temporary during the whole period. It does not create any right to a permanent UPSRTC post. The agency may end the contract with proper notice as per rules.
