Rajasthan University of Health Sciences has opened 600 Medical Officer posts across the state health department. You need an MBBS degree from a recognized university to apply. Registration with the Rajasthan Medical Council is also mandatory. Hindi knowledge in Devanagari script is required. You must also know Rajasthan culture. Candidates must be between 22 and 45 years of age as on 1 January 2027. Reserved categories get the usual upper age relaxation under state rules. Online registration begins on 14 September 2026. The closing date is 13 October 2026. General, OBC, and EWS applicants pay Rs 5,000 as the exam fee. Rajasthan SC and ST candidates pay Rs 2,500 only. The written exam is scheduled for 13 December 2026. Shortlisted candidates then face document verification and a medical test. Apply online through the official RUHS portal at ruhsraj.org.
