Q1. How can I check my RSSB Patwari result if I lost my roll number?

You can recover your roll number through the official SSO Rajasthan portal. Log in using your registered mobile number or email address. Navigate to your previous application history for the Patwari exam 2025. Your roll number will be visible there. Alternatively, check your admit card PDF saved on your device. You can also contact the RSSB helpline at 01412722520 for direct assistance. Keep your registration ID ready when calling the support team.

Q2. What were the minimum qualifying marks for the Patwari written exam?

The board sets minimum qualifying marks separately for each category. General and OBC candidates typically need higher scores than reserved categories. The exact category wise cut off marks are available in the official PDF. You can download the cut off list directly from the useful links section above. Scoring above the cut off does not guarantee final selection. Your rank in the merit list determines your appointment for the 2020 posts.

Q3. Is there any provision for rechecking or revaluation of answer sheets?

The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board rarely allows manual revaluation. The written test was conducted using OMR sheets or computer based systems. Scores are processed electronically with high accuracy standards. However, the board may release an official notice if rechecking is permitted. You must monitor the official RSSB website for any such updates. Any request for rechecking usually requires a separate fee payment within a strict deadline.

Q4. What happens after the final result declaration for selected candidates?

Selected candidates will receive a call for document verification soon. You must present all original educational and identity certificates. Your computer qualification certificate will be thoroughly verified by the panel. After successful verification, the board issues formal appointment letters. Candidates are then assigned specific districts or tehsils for posting. Medical fitness tests might also be required before joining duty. Keep all your original documents safely organized right now.

Q5. Can final year graduation students apply for this Patwari vacancy?

No. Final year appearing students are not eligible for this post. You must possess the final passing certificate before the application closing date. The last date to submit the form was 23 March 2025. Your bachelor degree must be from a university recognized by the UGC. Provisional degrees are sometimes accepted if they meet specific board conditions. Always read the detailed advertisement 02/2025 for exact educational requirements.

Q6. How is the age limit calculated for this recruitment cycle?

The age limit is calculated as of 1 January 2026 for this exam. You must be at least 18 years old on that specific cutoff date. The upper age limit is fixed at 40 years for general category candidates. Reserved category applicants receive standard relaxations under state rules. OBC candidates get 3 extra years. SC and ST candidates receive 5 additional years. Ensure your Class 10 certificate correctly reflects your date of birth.

Q7. Why did the board charge a one time registration fee instead of an exam fee?

The Rajasthan government introduced the One Time Registration system recently. You pay Rs 600 or Rs 400 only once during your first application. This single payment covers all future RSSB recruitment examinations. You will not need to pay any application fee for upcoming RSSB jobs. This system saves money and reduces repetitive data entry for candidates. The correction charge of Rs 300 applies only if you modify submitted details later.

Q8. Which computer certificates are accepted for the Patwari document verification stage?

The board accepts several specific computer qualifications for this role. The most common is the RS CIT certificate issued by RKCL Rajasthan. Candidates holding NIELIT O Level or DOEACC certificates are also fully eligible. A COPA certificate from a recognized ITI institute works perfectly fine. Degrees or diplomas in Computer Science or Computer Applications are accepted. Engineering graduates in any branch automatically fulfill this computer requirement. Ensure your certificate is valid and verifiable online.
