• Nature of Engagement: Outsourcing / contractual appointment on the district court establishment under the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur.
• Pay Scale: Rs. 36,200/- to Rs. 1,14,800/- per month as per the advertised scale for the post.
• Contract Tenure: Fixed term engagement, which can continue based on performance and the administrative need of the district court.
• Renewal Terms: Renewal is not automatic. It depends on satisfactory service records and the discretion of the High Court.
• Place of Posting: District courts across Madhya Pradesh. Posting can be shifted anywhere in the state as per administrative requirement.
• Reservation: Category reservation is applied as per the vacancy roster shown above (General 85, OBC 03, SC 21, ST 21).

• Stage 1 (Application Scrutiny): The High Court screens every received form against the eligibility conditions printed in the advertisement. Incomplete forms are rejected.
• Stage 2 (Suitability Test): Shortlisted candidates appear for a suitability test that checks computer programming skill and technical competence.
• Stage 3 (Document Verification): Candidates who clear the suitability test must produce all original certificates for verification.
• Stage 4 (Final Merit List): A merit list is drawn up from suitability test performance and published on the official website.
• There is no separate physical or endurance test for this post.

• Class 10 (Matriculation) marksheet and certificate for date of birth proof.
• BE / B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or M.Sc degree marksheets and passing certificates in the required stream.
• Experience certificates from previous employers, if you are applying on the basis of work experience.
• Recent passport size colour photograph and signature as per the prescribed size specification.
• Valid Caste / Category / EWS / PwD certificate issued by a competent authority, if applicable.
• Government issued photo identity proof such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport.
