The Indian Coast Guard has 365 seats open through the CGEPT 2026 exam for Navik GD, Navik DB, Yantrik, and Hygienist-I posts. Applications run from 6 October 2026 to 21 October 2026. You need a 10+2 with Physics and Maths for Navik GD. Yantrik roles ask for a 10th pass plus a diploma in engineering. Navik DB needs a simple 10th pass. Hygienist-I accepts 10th or ITI. Age limits vary by post. Navik GD candidates must be born between 1 November 2005 and 1 May 2009. Other posts have different ranges. SC and ST candidates get standard age relaxations. General, OBC, and EWS applicants pay Rs 550. SC and ST candidates pay nothing. Selection happens in four stages. Stage I is a computer-based test.
