Open the CBSE recruitment login page at examinationservices.nic.in and pick the KVS NVS Recruitment 2025 option. Enter your application number and date of birth in the given fields. Type the security code and press login. Your candidate dashboard will show the Tier II result link for the applied post. Click the link and the scorecard opens as a PDF file. Download it and take a printout for the next stage.

Q2. My roll number is lost. Can I still download the Tier II scorecard?

Yes, you can. The login accepts your application number or registration number instead of the roll number. Both numbers are printed on the Tier II admit card and the submitted application form. If the admit card is also missing, check the confirmation email or SMS saved on your phone. You can also write to the CBSE recruitment helpdesk with your name, post applied and a photo ID proof. The helpdesk usually shares the registration details after verification.

Q3. What are the minimum qualifying marks for the KVS and NVS Tier II exam?

CBSE applies category wise qualifying marks in each section of the Tier II paper. General and EWS candidates normally need 50% or more in the aggregate. OBC, SC, ST and PwD candidates get a lower qualifying benchmark as stated in the official notification. The scorecard shows sectional marks, total marks and your qualifying status. Only candidates who cross the post wise cut off move ahead in the selection process.

Q4. Can I request re-checking or re-evaluation of my Tier II answer sheet?

CBSE uploads the scanned OMR response sheet along with the final answer key. You can compare your marked answers with the official key once the link goes live. Objections to the answer key are accepted only inside the given window with the prescribed fee per question. After the final answer key is published, no further re-checking or re-evaluation request is entertained. The final key stands as the accepted marking scheme.

Q5. How does the phase wise Tier II result declaration work?

CBSE declares results post by post in separate phases instead of one combined list. The first phase for several posts came out on 17 August 2026. Later phases continued up to 5 September 2026 for posts such as Principal, PGT, TGT and Junior Translator. Each press note names the posts covered in that phase. Candidates should track the results page on cbse.gov.in for updates about their own post.

Shortlisted candidates move to the skill test, interview, or both, depending on the post group. Teaching posts usually involve a demonstration or interview round. Non teaching posts need typing or shorthand skill tests. Document verification follows for those who clear these stages. Original certificates, TET card, category proof and experience letters are checked on the spot. Final merit is prepared only after every stage is complete.

Q7. Which documents should I carry for document verification after the result?

Carry your printed scorecard, admit card and a copy of the submitted application form. Bring Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets, degree certificates and the B.Ed or D.El.Ed proof. Add the valid CTET or TET scorecard for teaching posts. Keep caste, EWS or PwD certificates in the prescribed format ready. Also carry a government photo ID and recent passport size photographs. Originals plus one set of self attested photocopies are needed.

Q8. Is the Tier II scorecard valid for future recruitment cycles?

No. The scorecard belongs only to the KVS NVS Recruitment 2025 drive under Advt No 01/2025. It cannot be reused for any other advertisement or exam cycle. Keep the PDF and printout safe for interview and joining formalities if you get selected. Every new recruitment cycle comes with a fresh notification, new exam dates and a separate merit list. Candidates must apply and appear again for each new drive.

Tier II results came out on 17 August 2026 for the first phase. Later phases were released on 5 September 2026. The Tier II exam ran from 27 to 31 March 2026. Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) and TGT Special Educator	Post Wise	Bachelor degree in the concerned subject with minimum 50% marks from a recognised university. B.Ed or an equivalent degree from a NCTE recognised institution. Pass in CTET Paper II or the state TET for the upper primary and secondary level. Four year integrated B.A. B.Ed or B.Sc. B.Ed courses are also accepted as per rules.
Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)	Post Wise	Master degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks from a recognised university. B.Ed or an equivalent teaching degree from a recognised institute. TET qualification as applicable to the subject and level. Strong subject command is checked in the descriptive Tier II paper.
Principal, Vice Principal and Assistant Commissioner	Post Wise	Master degree with a minimum of 45% to 50% marks in a relevant subject. B.Ed or an equivalent teaching qualification from a recognised university. Teaching plus administrative experience as prescribed for each post level. Junior Secretariat Assistant needs Class 12 pass with the prescribed typing speed on computer. Lab Attendant requires Class 10 or Class 12 pass with a science background.
