Armed Forces Medical Services AFMS Medical Officer Short Service Commission Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 120 Posts

The Armed Forces Medical Services has announced 120 Medical Officer vacancies under the Short Service Commission. This recruitment drive includes 90 posts for male candidates and 30 posts for female candidates. You must hold an MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution to apply. Candidates with a postgraduate degree like MD or MS are also fully eligible. The maximum age limit is 30 years for those holding only an undergraduate medical degree. Only applicants born on or after 2 January 1997 can apply under this category. Postgraduate degree holders get a higher age limit of 35 years. They must be born on or after 2 January 1992.
